Hey guys.... How was your weekend??????..... I cant believe that my weekend is over and I am already running around in this hectic weekdays work. There is no time to relax in my schedule. But yet I keep enjoying my small bits in between my totally swamped work and shoot schedules. And something cute has happened last week. As you can see in the title I am talking about social media today. We all know how busy it keeps everybody ranging from age 15 to 65 and in some cases beyond that. I have about 6 different social media pages and trust me its no cake walk... We all want to put lots of updates on our profiles and pages all time just to stay connected with our friends and share something exciting. For me it has been like the best marketing and socializing platform to stay connected with my followers and readers and now it just looks like its an important piece that can never be neglected. So my staff has come up with something so cute from our label. They surprized me with this quirky print where it has all the social media icons on it and the dress looked so chic that I could not wait for a second to wear it. So here is a thing with the prints. These days it is not about how costly or how cheap the material is , but it has become very evident that the market is experimenting with very chic and quirky prints of objects/images/icons that we kind of use in our daily life. Prints like floral, fruit print, block print, color cubes, social media icons, flemmingo prints, make up products etc are the best to stand unique this season. So my dear friends , readers, followers and all my lovely ladies..... Experiment, make a statement and kill it in the print..!!!!!!!!! See you all soon in my next post . Buy the look at :
social media print dress: pastels and pink label (https://m.facebook.com/PastelsnPink/) bag: aldo shoes: forever21 jewelry: bejeweled jewelry Hello ladies .... and of course gentlemen if you are reading this. I had a very eventful week and weekend. As it has been a festival weekend , I was all around trying to put together the festival look and finally fitted my self into this contemporary semi-mughal style indowestern outfit. Indian festivals are all about beautiful dresses, inner peace , solitude , colors, lights, rituals and ofcourse some tasty food. This Diwali has brought in some surprises and lots of cute moments. We are celebrating this festive season with a new collection from our label. The dress I am wearing in the post is a part of our festive collection. The colors on the outfit light up the attire and I have used a Persian blue and brick red combination which are a shade lighter to their original color spectrum as opposed to using the darker shade color palette. These shades are warmer and looks very apt in combinations. I have paired up this dress with unique peices of jewelry like the thread embroidered bangle and emerald &polki diamond set thus elevating the look and breaking the monotony in its plain tones. I hope you guys had a very happy diwali and I will see you guys in my next post... Yours, The Chic Iconic.. Buy the look at :
