Ok...... Like the name says itself , Today's exploration point is "Stone Tower Winery ". Getting to the part2 of the Winery project - We traveled from Maryland to Leesburg , Virginia. One of the best wineries to visit in the circumference of Tristate. Holding the history of around fourty years and located on Hog back Mountain in Leesburg , Virginia is a delight and visual treat. This 60 acre Vineyaerd is surrounded by farms, cattle and horse stables. The layout and landscaping here attracts most of the tourists and local crowd . Since the winery being a kid friendly and pet friendly place to be , it would serve one of the best weekend getaways for families with kids and pets . Getting into few details: Things You can do at the Winery: 1. Family gatherings. 2. Birthday Parties. 3. Office Dayouts and team hangouts. 4. Wedding Party. 5. Reception . 6. Engagement Party. 7. Yoga at the vineyard. 6. Polo matches. They have quite very photogenic and photofriendly corners for the wedding photoshoots and couple shoots. The Wine Tasting: 1. 6 white varietals. 2. 6 Red varietals. 3. Wine tasting cost is 12$ per head. 4. All the wines here are dry wines. ( Not for sweet wine lovers.) 5. White wine Favourite : Chardonnay. 6. Red Wine Favourite : Cabernet Sauvignon. This place serves some of the best wines , But since I am not a fan of dry wines I enjoyed the wine tasting at Boordy vineyards rather than at Stone Tower. The interiors of the winery are as much praise worthy as the exteriors are. Find in the pictures below , Two separate blocks available for wine tasting - One predominantly for tasting and the other one serves both as a tasting counter as well as a dine in. Most of the weddings are arranged towards the right most side of the vineyards and guest rooms available for the bride and groom. Attending a wedding or getting wedded at the scenic beauty would be a beautiful experience. End of July Monthly Edition........ Let us catch up on August Issue...........
